1. Returns/Exchange:

  • We currently offer exchange, not refund (except in case of wrong or damaged product received...

  • To request an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear product photos.

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging.

2. Not Eligible for Return / Exchange:

  • Slight color differences due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects.

  • Products that are used, washed, damaged, altered, or without tags/packaging cannot be returned.

  • Sale / discounted / custom-stitched sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Wrong or Damaged Product:

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged saree, contact us on WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.

  • After checking the issue, we will offer an exchange or refund, depending on product availability and the situation.

4. Return Shipping:

  • For exchanges due to change of choice, the customer pays the courier charges for sending the saree back and extra charges need to be paid...

  • For confirmed wrong/damaged products from our side, we will guide you on shipping and replacement options.

5. Refund (Only in Special Cases):

  • Refunds are given only if we are unable to provide a replacement for a confirmed wrong/damaged product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
